First fresh air run this year. I`m happy! And while walking I met my childhood friend who I haven`t seen for years. I`m so excited this evening.

I want to tell you about how excited i was yesterday when after a month stepped on the scale and saw that i have gained weight! I hope at least its a bit of muscle. Recently i bought 2 x 10 kg dumbbells, i want a bit bigger gluteal muscles and legs. I do lots of squats and i feel the difference. Why nobody said to me when i used to JUST run and use 1-2 kg dumbbells, that my butt will not get perky with just that. :D

And i do plank exercises, but i spend about 10-15 min for my abs when i work out.
+ I go twice a week to yoga.

I dont have any real workout/meal plan. I will try to write what i usually do,but a bit later when i have time. I really like chickentuna tumblr! I think she`s great and gives us a lot of helpful information. Check her!

I was always tall/slim. But now when i do sports, my metabolism became very fast and i have troubles with getting my muscles bigger. I eat a lot, i overeat a lot.I eat everything and i LOVE foooood. :)
