Run baby, run
First fresh air run this year. I`m happy! And while walking I met my childhood friend who I haven`t seen for years. I`m so excited this evening.
Just finished my dinner - steamed white fish and fresh vegetable salad with olive oil.

Hi again!
I want to tell you about how excited i was yesterday when after a month stepped on the scale and saw that i have gained weight! I hope at least its a bit of muscle. Recently i bought 2 x 10 kg dumbbells, i want a bit bigger gluteal muscles and legs. I do lots of squats and i feel the difference. First protein powder
Bought whey protein powder with taste of vanilla. Today had no any milk in a fridge and thought i will mix and have my first dose of protein powder with yogurt. blah. It was too sweet, i almost had to vomit. I don`t know how i will eat/drink 1000g of that stuff. But i want bigger arms and upper body.

Finally
1 hour ago finished my first proper workout in 3 weeks. My leg is ok now.

I have a problem with my left feet - it`s swelling and has red spot. Last week I was at the doctor`s, hope to see some results soon. But for now - no workouts for at least one more week.

Just finished my legs & bum workout. It was hard, i`m red like tomato. Have 50 min left for shower, breakfast , makeup, clothes. And then - long day at work.
I`m proud of myself. :)

I don`t like days like this - when i don`t workout in the morning before going to work. Then the hardest thing is to push myself and do my workout in late evening when my mind is so tired and wants nothing but a food and comfort.
Today is abs and arms day.

Update
Lately I`m more focusing on working on my legs and bum. I finally start to see some definition in legs and feel the glutes (i have to work on them harder).
On April 18, i opened my outside running season, felt soooooo good and much better than in gym. Actually i kinda hate gym. I love working out at home!
Also I started to eat more eggs, cottage cheese. I`m thinking about protein shakes, but i`m...

Until probably March 10 was working out very hard for 5/6 days a week, then caught cold and was sick. After that i thought i`ve lost my motivation, but realized i haven`t had a rest from working out. Then took some days off and now i go to the gym and do cardio (running) + some strenght.
Actually i don`t like to run inside, it`s boring. But as i prepare myself for spring/summer/autumn running...

Update
For the past 3 weeks i have been working out 5 times a week. At least for 1 hour.
Bought new nike sportswear for running in colder weather and shorts, and also stability ball 85cm for more challenging workouts.
This week i will try to cut out sweets like chocolate/sugary candies etc. Monday - check!
