100 - Jumping jacks
90 - Crunches
80 -Squats
70 - Leg lifts (each leg)
60 - Jumping jacks
50 - Crunches
40 - Squats
30 - Leg lifts (each leg)
20 - jumping jacks
1 minute (30 sec x 2) - Side plank (Did this instead of “Run for 10 minutes”)
