Today i  did this “Lisa’s 600 Rep Workout” from bodyrock.tv 100 High Knee Skips 100 Lunge kicks (50 each leg) 100 High Knee Skips 100 squats 100 High Knee Skips 25 Straight Abs 25 V Abs Left 25 V Abs Right 25 Bicycle Abs + 2x side plank 30 sec 15 push ups

The 100 Workout
January 12, 2012. Did today “The 100 Workout”: 100 - Jumping jacks 90 - Crunches 80 -Squats 70 - Leg lifts (each leg) 60 - Jumping jacks 50 - Crunches 40 - Squats 30 - Leg lifts (each leg) 20 - jumping jacks 1 minute (30  sec x 2) - Side plank (Did this instead of “Run for 10 minutes”)
