Update
For the past 3 weeks i have been working out 5 times a week. At least for 1 hour. Bought new nike sportswear for running in colder weather and shorts, and also stability ball 85cm for more challenging workouts. This week i will try to cut out sweets like chocolate/sugary candies etc. Monday - check!
