Until probably March 10 was working out very hard for 5/6 days a week, then caught cold and was sick. After that i thought i`ve lost my motivation, but realized i haven`t had a rest from working out. Then took some days off and now i go to the gym and do cardio (running) + some strenght.
Actually i don`t like to run inside, it`s boring. But as i prepare myself for spring/summer/autumn running...
