Just finished my legs & bum workout. It was hard, i`m red like tomato. Have 50 min left for shower, breakfast , makeup, clothes. And then - long day at work. I`m proud of myself. :)

I don`t like days like this - when i don`t workout in the morning before going to work. Then the hardest thing is to push myself and do my workout in late evening when my mind is so tired  and wants nothing but a food and comfort. Today is abs and arms day.

Lately I`m more focusing on working on my legs and bum. I finally start to see some definition in legs and feel the glutes (i have to work on them harder). On April 18, i opened my outside running season, felt soooooo good and much better than in gym. Actually i kinda hate gym. I love working out at home! Also I started to eat more eggs, cottage cheese. I`m thinking about protein shakes, but i`m...
