Until probably March 10 was working out very hard for 5/6 days a week, then caught cold and was sick. After that i thought i`ve lost my motivation, but realized i haven`t had a rest from working out. Then took some days off and now i go to the gym and do cardio (running) + some strenght.
Actually i don`t like to run inside, it`s boring. But as i prepare myself for spring/summer/autumn running outside, it`s my only option as in country where i live sometimes it`s still under zero degrees (celsius). I stopped running in October. Now in gym i run 4 - 7,5 km (depends on a day). My longest run was 7,5 km in ~50 minutes.
After 2 weeks my 1 month gym membership will be over and i`ll workout at home, what i like better, and also weather will be warmer, so i can continue running outside.
