Lately I`m more focusing on working on my legs and bum. I finally start to see some definition in legs and feel the glutes (i have to work on them harder).
On April 18, i opened my outside running season, felt soooooo good and much better than in gym. Actually i kinda hate gym. I love working out at home!
Also I started to eat more eggs, cottage cheese. I`m thinking about protein shakes, but i`m not sure,have to do more research, or maybe go to nutritionist. But I know that i can`t get my daily protein just from food, because my breakfast is good, but at work i cannot eat properly because of my job.
