&lt;p&gt;I want to tell you about how excited i was yesterday when after a month stepped on the scale and saw that i have gained weight! I hope at least its a bit of muscle. Recently i bought 2 x 10&amp;#160;kg dumbbells, i want a bit bigger gluteal muscles and legs. I do lots of squats and i feel the difference. Why nobody said to me when i used to JUST run and use 1-2&amp;#160;kg dumbbells, that my butt will not get perky with just that. :D&lt;/p&gt;
